Click on the "Register" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your username, email, phone number, and password. Once submitted, your account will be created and you can start using Auction Haul PK immediately.

Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.

Log in to your account and go to Dashboard → Settings. Here you can update your username, phone number, profile picture, and password.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@Auction Haul PK.pk. Please note that this action is permanent and all your ads and data will be removed.

After logging in, click the "Post Ad" button. Select a category, add a title, detailed description, price, location, and upload photos (up to 10 images). Review your ad and submit it for approval.

Yes! Your first ad is completely free and will be live for 7 days. After that, you can purchase ad packages for longer visibility and additional features like featured listings.

Most ads are reviewed and approved within 1-2 hours during business hours. Complex listings may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once your ad is approved.

Ads may be rejected for various reasons: prohibited items, incomplete information, poor quality images, duplicate listings, or violation of our terms. You'll receive an email explaining the reason. You can edit and resubmit your ad.

Go to Dashboard → My Ads. Find the ad you want to modify and click "Edit" or "Delete". Note that editing an approved ad may require re-approval.

On any ad page, you'll find the seller's contact information including their phone number. You can also use our built-in messaging system to send a direct message to the seller.

Yes! Click the heart icon on any ad to add it to your favorites. You can view all your saved ads in Dashboard → Favorites.

If you find an ad that looks suspicious or violates our policies, click the "Report" button on the ad page. Our team will review it promptly.

We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

• Single Ad: Rs 1,800 (30 days)
• Package of 5: Rs 8,500 (30 days)
• Package of 10: Rs 16,000 (30 days)
• Package of 20: Rs 30,000 (30 days)

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't used any ads from your package. Contact support@Auction Haul PK.pk for refund requests.

If you believe you've been scammed, immediately contact our support team at support@Auction Haul PK.pk with all relevant details. Also report the incident to local authorities and your bank if money was transferred.
