1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Auction Haul PK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listing and Selling

• All listings must accurately describe the item being sold.
• Sellers are responsible for the legality of items they list.
• The following items are prohibited:
  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Adult content or services
  • Animals listed against local regulations
  • Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice.

4. Buying

• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
• All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly.
• Auction Haul PK is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee items sold.
• Buyers should meet sellers in safe, public locations.

5. Fees and Payments

• New users receive free ads to get started (lasting 7 days each).
• Paid ad packages are available for extended visibility.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Prices and packages are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Collect user information without consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Auction Haul PK, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Auction Haul PK or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Auction Haul PK a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auction Haul PK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any transactions between users
• Quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Accuracy of listings or user information
• Any damages arising from use of the platform

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of Auction Haul PK shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with Pakistani law.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
